BIOGRAPHY
Conor P. Filter, Esq. is a Colorado licensed and insured attorney with a strong background in business formation and transactional law. A graduate of the University of Denver Law School in 2010, where his focus was on corporate and environmental law, Conor is building a practice focused on sustainable startups and social entrepreneurs. Mr. Filter has assisted in the formation of many businesses, from single-member LLCs to complex Corporate formations. In addition, he has drafted employment documents, standardized contracts, and headed up multiple business acquisitions.
A LEED Green Associate, he has worked on numerous renewable energy and alternative transportation projects, including as an owner in a waste grease collection and recycling company and as a consultant with the Colorado Governor’s Energy Office. He has state and federal environmental enforcement experience, along with international law firm and grant-writing experience.
